WEST MAUI SHOPPING

The Shops at Kapalua: This quaint shopping center is located in the resort community of Kapalua. The center offers a variety of unique shops, such as jewelry, dining, clothing and the Kapalua logo store. The center also offers free underground parking.

Napili Plaza: The plaza contains a variety of stores and restaurants. There is also a grocery store within the center and plenty of free parking is available.

Kahana Gateway: Located just south of the Napili Plaza. The Kahana Gateway offers an assortment of restaurants and small gift shops. This center also offers an abundance of free parking

Whalers Village: This upscale shopping center is located in the heart of the resort community of Kaanapali. The center offers a vast array of upscale shops and some of the finest restaurants on the west side. Whalers Village also is home to a whale museum and a variety of unique gift shops. The center provides parking at an hourly rate and is the main stop in Kaanapali for the shuttle that travels along the west side.

Front Street: Front Street is located in Lahaina and is probably the most popular shopping area in Maui. There are over 100 shops and restaurants on Front Street and a trip to Maui would not be complete without spending one day in Lahaina. Parking is free on Front Street with a two hour limit. There are also a variety of parking lots located on the side streets that charge a nominal hourly fee.


CENTRAL MAUI SHOPPING

Wailuku: Located in the town of Wailuku you will find many unique gift and specialty shops. The slow pace of Wailuku and friendly atmosphere make this shopping area a favorite with locals and tourists. Parking is free in Wailuku with a time limit.

Kaahumanu Center: The Kaahumanu Center is located in Kahului and is Maui's largest shopping center. Within the center you will find a vast array of shops, which include clothing, souvenirs, children, electronics and novelty items. The center is also home to Sears, Liberty House, a movie complex and diverse food court. The parking is ample and free.

Maui Market Place: The Maui Market Place is the newest of all the large shopping centers and features a variety of shops and is home to anchor tenants such as Office Max, Sports Authority, Pier 1 Imports and Eagle hardware. Parking is free and abundant.

Paia: The small town of Paia is home to some of the most unique gift shops and restaurants on Maui. The parking is free with a time limit.


UPCOUNTRY MAUI SHOPPING

Pukalani Shopping Center: Traveling towards Haleakala you will go through the town of Pukalani. The shopping center offers several stores and the Foodland supermarket. Parking is free.

Makawao: The town of Makawao offers an assortment of unique shops, art galleries and restaurants. The views from Makawao are fantastic and when traveling Upcountry it is definitely a place to stop and take a stroll. Parking is free and the pace is laid back.


SOUTH MAUI SHOPPING

Azeka Place: The Azeka place shopping center consists of two phases. Azeka I is located west of South Kihei road and Azeka II is located east of South Kihei Road. Both Centers offer an abundance of free parking with an assortment of clothing and souvenir shops. There are several restaurants within the two centers and the Azeka I portion is home to the Kihei post office.

Kamaole Shopping Center: This center is located towards the south end of Kihei. The center is home to several restaurants with a variety of clothing and souvenir shops.

Wailea: "The Shops at Wailea" is the newest shopping center in Wailea.  The upscale center features designer shops, local retailers and some well known restaurants.
